It’s time to update our St. Paul photo directory. Over the past year, our kids have grown. Families have changed. And God has blessed us with new members. As Christians connected together at St. Paul, we share the same faith, the same Savior, and the same purpose. An up-to-date photo directory is one small step toward helping us all to get to know each other better. We're hoping you'll join us in this effort by scheduling a time to come in with your family and have your picture taken. The more people we can include, the better the directory will be. 

The photo directory will be a full-color, spiral-bound book with pictures and contact information. Everyone who comes in for a photo session will get a free copy. We’ll also use the pictures in our online directory, Church Community Builder.


When are the dates for photography? 

We're scheduled for 3 days of photography, May 30-June 1 in the afternoon and evening. You can see which time slots are open when you schedule your photography session.

What if I already had my picture taken a previous year?

Your family’s picture can be used for four years. In the meantime, you’ll continue to receive copies of the updated directory. If your family has changed or if you just want an updated picture, you’re welcome to schedule a photography session even if it hasn’t been four years.

What information is going to be in the directory? 

We're planning to print each member's name, photo, address, home phone, cell phone, and email. When you check in for your photography session, we'll ask you to check that the information we have is up to date. If you'd rather keep one or more of those numbers private, you'll be able to mark that. 

What if I am unable to be photographed during those dates?

Lifetouch will provide a list of locations and dates of other photography sessions in the area by calling them at (866) 756-0281. Information will be provided for you to take with you so that Lifetouch will forward your photography to us.

Can I submit a photo instead of coming to a photo session?

Yes, although we encourage our members to have their photo taken at church. Shut-in members can submit a photo free of charge, or can have their picture taken during a pastor visit to be added to the directory. Military personnel may also submit a photo and have it included at no charge. Others may submit a photo along with a publication authorization form and $10.

Can I have other family members (who are not members of St. Paul) included in my photo session?

Yes, although only member information and pictures will appear in the directory. Please note that groups of 7 or more will require 2 time slots.

Do I have to buy pictures? 

Not if you don't want to. We know that many families appreciate the chance to buy nice family portraits. But you're not required to buy anything. The sales reps from LifeTouch have assured us that if you say "No," they won't pressure you to buy. Even if you don't buy any pictures, you'll still get a free 8x10 of your family and a copy of the new church directory. 

How much do the portraits cost? 

Pricing sheets and other information are available on the display table in the St. Paul gathering area. Look there as well for discounts you might qualify for.
