 What’s New?

Parking Lot – Please remember to drive slowly through the entire parking lot. We want to make sure everyone stays safe.

Parents, we present a School Family Directory. Understanding the great privileges, obligations, and challenges we share as members of God’s family, we encourage your friendship, fellowship and worship.  Please use this list to help get acquainted with new members in our midst & to encourage one another. (Please do not use the list for marketing, mailing or personal profit.)  Remember when using this list for birthday parties, sleepovers, etc. that inclusion fosters everyone’s friendship. Exclusiveness strains relationships.  Thanks in advance for helping us keep accurate records by phoning the office to update any changes that occur throughout the year.  Look for your directory with your youngest child in the K-8 family.

 Picture Retake

Picture retakes will be on Tuesday, October 16. If you plan to do a retake, send the proof back with your child to turn in to the photographer on this day.

Reminder:  For those families that chose to pay their registration fees on a monthly basis, please note the first payment is now due.  Kindly check your records.  Band parents, band lesson payments are also due on a monthly basis ($35/month per student or $65/month per family).

Powerschool Grades 3-8

Directions on how to access your child’s grades through Powerschool were sent home last eek. If you have any questions on how to set it up, please contact the office.

Hearing & Vision Screening will be held Monday, September 17.  We would appreciate about 7 volunteers that morning to help with the screening.  Start at 8 am, should be finished by 10:30.  Please call the office, 648-2918, or email if you are willing to help.

School Mission Project (1st Quarter) The first quarter mission offering is going towards the Apache Mission 125th Anniversary. 125 years ago our synod began doing mission work on the various Apache reservations in Arizona.

St. Paul Childcare follows the St. Paul School schedule.  On days there is no school, childcare is not provided.  However, on early release days, (when the school day ends at 12:30 PM) childcare will be available until 3 PM.  Please keep this in mind as you look ahead at your child’s schedule.

LLHS Dance Clinic for K-8 girls Another great K–8 Dance Clinic is planned for Sunday, Sept. 30 from 1–3:30 pm at LLHS, hosted by the Warrior Dance team.
