St. Paul Art Fair information will be coming home today. This is for grades 1-8. Kindergarten will be doing class projects. Please read the information so there are no surprises as the fair date approaches.
The annual Lakeside Math Competition for 5th-8th graders will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. The competition begins at 4:00 and usually wraps up around 5:30. All students are encouraged to consider participating using their God-given talents and abilities. Please remember that this is examination night for the eighth grade students being confirmed at St. Paul. Students compete both as individuals and as part of a six person team. We are planning on fielding several teams at both the 5-6 grade and 7-8 grade levels.
We will also hold an optional practice on April 17 from 3:15 to 4:30. if you have any questions please contact Mrs. Struck.
Grades 6-7 Sing Confirmation Examination Service – Grades 6-7 will be singing on Wednesday, April 24 at 6:30.
Call The Lord led us to extend a call Mrs. Rachel Kanter to be our 5th grade teacher. Please keep her and her family in your prayers as she deliberates as to where she would best serve.
Yearbook The class portraits are loaded up! You can begin class pages on your own if you have time and are brave enough to do so. Mrs. Gartner will be available this week Wednesday until 4:30. Please see Mrs. Gartner with times you might be able to work on your pages if you are looking for help. She can try to work with your schedule. Thank you! Unfortunately the majority of pictures come in when spring sports begin. Please see Mrs. Gartner to work with times.

K-8 Extra footwear – We are asking that all students bring an extra pair of footwear to school for recess. It really helps in keeping the rooms and church clean when we can minimize the muddy traffic areas.
Brewers Outing June 26! Our Lakeside Lutheran A Cappella Choir has just been selected to sing the National Anthem for the Brewers game at Miller Park vs. the Mariners on Wednesday night, June 26. Terrace Reserved tickets are $10 each and all are welcome to join us for a great night of fellowship and fun. Ticket orders and money (payable to LLHS) due by Tuesday, April 30.
