MID WEEK ADVENT SERVICES – The Prophet Haggai Advent means “Coming.” Jesus came at Christmas and is coming again, so we need to wait and watch and be ready. That waiting and watching connects us with God’s Old Testament people, who looked forward eagerly to the coming of the Messiah. So, at our Wednesday Advent services this year, we’re going to read the prophet Haggai from beginning to end. We prepare our hearts to celebrate the Savior’s birth with midweek Advent services are December 12 and 19. Service times are 3:30 and 6:30 p.m. A light supper will be served at 4:30. Mission Society will serve Sloppy Joes December 12, and the Youth Group will serve Tacos December 19.
OUR CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS SERVICE is held next Sunday, December 16 at St. Paul’s gym/auditorium with all children (K-8) participating in both 8:30 & 10:30 services. 3K & 4K will be involved just at 10:30 worship.
PROJECTION SURVEY COMPLETE Thank you to everyone who completed a survey about our test period for worship projection this fall. Overall the response was very positive. Our worship board has been discussing what would be best as we move forward. Right now the greatest hurdle is that we need more volunteers to do this consistently and well. If you'd like to help, contact Troy Schneider or Pastor Nass.
