In carrying out Jesus’ command by “teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:20), St. Paul Lutheran School has been serving the Lake Mills community for over 100 years. What makes St. Paul different from a public school and other private institutions is that each day, our students have the opportunity to study God’s Word. We view spiritual growth as an imperative part of a child’s education. Each day students participate in religion class, devotion, and prayer. God's Word flows through every subject that is taught at St. Paul.

Athletics

We offer athletics for students in grades 4th-8th. Our sports programs focus on skill, but also on Christian conduct and sportsmanship. We hold our players accountable in being great examples in our community and excellent representatives of our school. St. Paul is part of the Badgerland Lutheran Athletic Conference.

Music

At St. Paul, we seek to develop children’s God-given musical talents and impart an appreciation of God’s gift of music. Our music curriculum engages students in singing, playing instruments, and performing and creating music.  Students are exposed to diverse music, including folksongs from around the world, classical music, and Lutheran hymnody.  Our motivation for teaching children music echoes that of Martin Luther, “I truly desire that all Christians would love and regard as worthy the lovely gift of music, which is a precious, worthy, and costly treasure given to mankind by God.”

Open House

Open house events are a fantastic way to learn more about how your child could benefit from attending St. Paul Lutheran School. Preschool and Kindergarten Open House occurs during the month of January.
