Ms. Rachel Johannes serves as the Early Learning Center Director here at St. Paul. Originally born in Wisconsin, she spent most of her life in Arkansas before recently returning to her home state. Rachel brings a wealthy background in corporate administration, operations, and team leadership to her ministry, ensuring our center runs smoothly, safely, and professionally. She has two grown children. Outside of work, she loves solving puzzles, tackling logic games, and spending quality time with her family. Rachel is truly blessed and delighted to partner with families, lead our dedicated ELC team, and serve the Lake Mills community.
